honestly you are probably screwed, unless you can get some sympathy from the board and/or other homeowners. And really this something you should have looked into before you closed on the house. If they rule against you, you have no choice but to get rid of the dog or move. Good luck though.
and Kellee it is legal I'm sure they had to sign something at closing saying they agreed to the rules of the HOA
