A friend rescues pit pups & mom off craigslist ad *pics*

This story is so good that it was on the channel 6 news last night in Philly.

A friend of my sister (Bane's mom) saw an ad on Craigslist for puppies. After talking to the owner of the dogs he made an arrangement to see them. When he arrived at the home it was a

ing sight. The conditions were horrible and the nursing mom was nothing but skin and bones. Seeing that these dogs were need of some medical attention and how bad they looked he told the owner he wanted all of the puppies AND the mom. He didn't want this guy breeding that poor thing anymore. He ended up giving the $1500 for all 9 pups and the mom.

I believe he's keeping the mom and one pup. 2 others are being adopted by friends. 6 pups still need a home but since this aired on the local news last night, he may be getting a lot of calls today.
