Default Just spayed and now vomiting

I just had my OEB spayed, she is about 7 months. Right before she left the vets she vomited there, then once on the way home in the car and three more times since she has been home. I pciked her up at six pmlast night. All this has happened in 12 hours. Also she peed last night and there was a little bit of blood in the urine. Any help the vet is telling me to bring her in which I am about to do. But do you guys think I should take her to another vet that has no interess in the surgery maybe more of an honest opinion.

She could be nauseated from the anesthesia or the pain medicine. I wouldn't worry about the blood in the urine just yet. (Assuming it's a small amount.) Could just be some residual bleeding from the surgery. Take her to the same vet because only that vet knows exactly what he/she did. She will get the best care by her own surgeon. Please update when you can!

take her to the vet that did the surgery..

sounds like normal behavior after a spay to me though, at leas the vomiting. some dogs just don't do well with the anesthesia. The blood in the urine isn't normal though, i would have that checked

Everyone thank you for the suggestions and help. I let work early yesterday to take her back to her vet, I called another vet just to see what they thought. So when I get home she is as happy as can be. She had eaten all the food I left for her and drank all the water. I took her outside and she was wagging her little tail so much that her whole butt was going back and forth. She is still a little slow, as in she is not running and jumping around that much but I have been trying to keep her calm, but she is always trying to play with my other dog, so that is fun trying to keep her calm and the other dog. But thankfully she is ok. I also think all the vomitting was from the anestisha. Again thanks you guys for all your help..
