Default the joys of crate and rotate

I get to do it for a week. We are dogsitting an EB for a friend of ours, tried to introduce her an Sasha out of the house. They smelled each other for like 5 seconds then tried to go at each other. So right now Sasha is in her crate whining the other dog is out back. Oh yeah they also brought over their 2 guinea pigs, Audra failed to mention that we talked about watching the dog. And to top it all off Abel is sick, Good times ahead.

and I know you'll want pics of the EB I will get some monday my transfer cable is at work.

Ohhhhhhhhh have fun! We are getting ready to go down to VA to visit my parents for Thanksgiving and bringing the dogs w/ us. They have a little Scotty Dog who they want to eat (actually they just want to play but my parents are TERRIFIED that they will hurt him)....so we will be doing the same thing kinda. We will have Sweets and Mags in the living room and their dog will be in the kitchen/dining room. Rotating trips outside and then blocking off different parts of the house for the different dogs. Fun Fun.

You are awesome for dog sitting, not to mention the guinea pigs Good luck!

I am not thrilled with the situation thus far. it's just me the babies and the animals right now. Audra is out trying to get her hair done. Arthur is at a friends house and Avery is at his dad's. But what are ya gonna do, they babysit for us a lot and I know they will again so it will even out. And my friend says Arthur handles the rodents when he's at their house so he can take care of them.

That's so nice of you to watch the dog and guinea pigs Trey. That sux that the crate and rotate is already getting to you tho.

IMO having a schedule and sticking to it really helps with the crate and rotate.

The first week of crate and rotate is the worst. It starts to get a bit better after that and by then your watch will be done. I feel your pain.

I have never had to crate and rotate, I would imagine it would be a pain especially if you have to listening to whining.
