CRAP! I know there is a special needs horse camp down here in San Diego....maybe you could tell them that and they could do some googling on it. I believe it's up in either Temecula or Fallbrook. I know, crap shoot, but at least it's a small lead!

Oh, look what I found! Maybe it could be helpful! I bet that people in S. Cali would pay big bucks to have a cheap horse shipped out to them that already has experience in something like this.....

I don't know if our stable would trailer them out to Cali but I know that there are businesses that specialize in shipping large animals. I'll try to contact that stable and see what they say. Thanks, A!

No no no, I mean, I'm sure those places would pay to have them shipped. Not your stable.

I'll print the info out and post it around here and at the tack shop.
There are trailering services for hire that basically will pick up and drop off.

Gotcha! LOL I will talk to that stable tomorrow. I think the stable I work at won't necessarily agree with it though because they want these guys to go to more of a retirement home where they would be ridden very little if at all.

Yes, I personally would take both of them if I had the time. I have a friend that would keep them for me but I just don't the time to take care of them right now.
