ITA with mstngchic, something to do with hormones or some kind of smell that sick people give off. Totally possible she was sensing his sickness. I'd be totally interested to see if she would bark at him once he's well.

I saw a show about dogs that sniff out cancer in people. I also have seizures and I rescued a rottweiler years ago and after having him around for 6 months he would start to pull on my hand with his mouth. I thought he was crazy or wanted to play. It took me a few more seizures to figure out what he was doing!

Wow this thread is very very interesting...
i really believe thats dogs have a great sense smell,energy ect... esprinter Cancer has a smell. Even many people who work with a lot of cancer paitents (myself included) have noticed it. since you work with cancer patients do you think it s the treatments or just the cancer..is it more near death that it smells.. my mom died of cancer so i m curious to see if i missed something.. |
