Just a thought but could you just use a damp paper towel? seems like that would be cheaper than either wipe option adn you know the only thing being used is water.
Or a "green" thought... if a damp paper towel would work why not use a damp wash cloth followed by a dry one? Save the environment and stuff.

I know ,I know ,I know, there are dogs that need that kind of care. Not mine.
I have used baby wipes on all my dogs, usually as a touch up between baths or if they get into something stinky.

As for the eye drops, you can most likely just use regular eye drops from a drug store - just make sure they are labeled as something like artificial tears and not ones for contacts, etc.
And on the eye drops, I'd ask a vet about using drops for human eyes first.

Of course ask the vet, I just suggested it because my vet told me to get them when Sadie had eye gunk

I think the OP was asking about wipes to use on his EBD's face.... not butt wiping,
My EBD pup has looooots of facial wrinkles and I use the wipes ( they are biodegradable so no different than using paper towels) to clean them up. But I do admit that when she was younger and we were changing over her food, she had runny poops for a couple days and I did wipe her butt with the wipes.. like the previous poster said, baby poop, puppy poop........ lol....
