Default My Bully feels hot to the touch

Tonight when I came home around 6:00, I petted my bully (Annie) and I noticed her head was warm feeling as long as her feet and back. She feels like a person does when they have a fever.

Now when I felt her head, (8:00 pm) she wasn't warm feeling. My Bully isn't to active so getting warm from running around isn't going to happen. She runs for about 10 - 15 minutes and then sleeps for several hours.

Is it normal for bullies heads to feel warm? She's my second one and I never noticed it on my first one.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
