I use Photoshop CS2. I have a lot of digital scrapbooking stuff that is perfect for making banners as well. I could create the stuff myself, and I use to, but I'm lazy lately, so I just use my digi scrap stuff.

I received it as a gift from a friend, so I'm not sure really. I think it runs around $600.

There is a free program out there, that is a lot like photoshop. It's called GIMP, but I have no idea how to use it, however, I think there are a few members on here that do know how.
