K's blanket

So, I've restarted K's crocheted blanket. I'm not really following a pattern, just making it up as I go along.

Each square starts with a chain of 43. The first row is just a double crochet in each chain, starting in the 3rd chain from hook. 2nd row is just a double crochet in each double crochet. Then, depending on the letter, each row afterwards is different.

Here is the first square.

LOL, thank you!

I have the E finished as well, and started the N. I get bored with projects fairly quickly, and usually have 3-4 going at one time.

Right now, I have K's blanket, a plastic grocery sack holder, a beanie, and another small blanket, as well as a set of coasters.

My hubby calls me an old lady for crocheting, I'm the only 25 year old he knows that crochets.

I am 26!!!! and my hubby calls me "granny" lol.
I have made TONS of blankies for the kids, winter beanies, a few table cloths gloves scarves SLIPPERS! I LOVE my slippers,

this is a Rug that I have started, it's HUGE so far, my mom's colors for her kitchen she's in love with it. lol.

Very cute!!! I love the crocheted slippers!! I used to get a pair every year from my grandma, but she's stopped making them. I miss them!

I don't know anyone other than my family that crochets around here. Most of our friends think I'm nuts.

i don't know anyone who crochets at all. except on the crochet forums. I am a forum freak. lol. I join forums for any of my interests even my fav. TV shows. lol. I know. sad. but once I get hooked on something, I like to learn more and more and more. and you can never know EVERYTHING so I am always learning

I AM 43 AND STILL HAVE A BLANKET MY NANA CROCHETED WHEN I WAS 4 YEARS OLD IT IS WHITE GRANNY SQUARES EDGED IN PINK WITH PINK CROCHETED ROSE I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED I ALSO HAVE THE ONE SHE MADE MY MOM THAT ONE IS WHITE SQUARES EDGED IN BLACK WITH RED ROSES SINCE THEY HAVE BOTH PASSED AWAY IT IS SOMETHING SPECIAL TO KEEP
