what a pile of poo!!
i love how they are only evaluating pits/rotts and bullies. Id like to see the JRTs and other ankle biters have to go through the same thing to at least be fair!!

I completely think they should be doing what they are doing. First of all, this is the only instance I have ever heard of dogs being allowed on a recruit base. I know for a fact they are not allowed on MCRD in San Diego.
Second of all, the majority of recruits are young, 18 year olds that are looking for a way out of their previous life and lifestyles, and my guess is they haven't had this wonderful background with raising dogs like this. This is a major liability. They are testing the animals, if proven, they stay, if they don't, they go. They aren't taking a paintbrush and saying "all gone".
