Sticky for Health & Exercise

I was wondering if maybe someone could make a sticky of Lisa's explanation of "proper feeding technique" (for lack of better words)? I have been noticing about every couple weeks we have new members ask about what to feed, how much to feed, and water intake. I thought that it might be helpful to have a sticky about it. I know that some will still ask the same questions but it might be more noticeable as a sticky. Just a thought

Most people won't take the time to read a sticky anyway, but if you bump up the post I'll look at it.

This is a good thread that just started. And it has both problems about water intake and "proper feeding technique" in it. Regulating water intake
