You don't need to go bankrupt buying "training treats". Does Umo eat a kibble diet? If so, why not use that? No need to buy expensive treats. If a dog is hungry enough, they will work for anything.
Good luck with the class.

That's what I do, just use his kibble. If I'm feelin' frisky, he gets cheese, torn off into a ton of pieces.

yea it totally is. thats what Yuri and i do and it has helped him so much in behavioral issues, pluse he gets to socialize with well trained and behaved dogs that is so benificial to him, you just have to make sure you go over and practice the stuff with him in between classes, what i do with yuri is everytime he goes out to the bathroom when he come back in he gets a whole treat i just break it into a couple peices and we go through the sit, lay down and name recognition

Thanks everyone on the comments
I was mainly kidding on going bankrupt, lol. Uma is showing a lot of potential, and I will continue to bring it up in her. The trainer is doing mostly one on one sessions, but she suggested for me to come to a puppy play class before she is 6 mo old - the trainer will have a class at her place very soon I ma feeding her kibble as the treats, so I am keeping her in shape and not overfed And how cool is that - when I signed up for a class - I found the trainer online, - I only mentioned that I have a 4 mo old puppy, no breed, origin, etc (I saw that she had a couple of great danes). When the trainer showed up, she was very pleased with pit bullish Uma, she told me she owns both a great dane and a pit bull

Make sure the trainers techniques are exactly what you are looking for though.
