Sometimes it takes a harness to get the pup used to a collar,

When I first got Winston at 9 weeks old, he would not keep a collar on, he would just try to pull out of it, I thought he was gonna choke, so I had to use a harness on him for about 2 weeks till he got used to it, then I switched him to a collar and he was good with it.
