Weekend beer is sweeter. But, it's ALL good! :)

Oh poop, I couldn't do 100 consecutive pushups because I nearly die pushing up 30 in a row.
I'll keep going until my arms/back/shoulders have toned more, it is suprising how quick your
can strengthen your body with this method.

Now I need a 100 crunch & 100 squat challenge !!!

iv decided to lie face down on the floor so i dont have to look at the ceiling that needs paint, still no push up in site. izz refuses to learn how to fetch beer from the fridge so i dont see how i can possibly do a push up. would me wearing some sort of push up bra count? i could wear it all day and that would be the same as 100 wouldnt it?? eh?
