I fell in love with a pit bull/ lab mix,at the local animal shelter who they think might also have some Staffie in her, but her ears are very little. She is very docile and loving, about 1 1/2 yrs old. She was brought in by her owner who said he'd bred her, sold the pups and didn't need her anymore. . .she is being spayed before I can bring her home. We already have a shepherd husky mix and a lab terrier mix who are very friendly, and about 3 yrs. old. Plus our 2 cats. The shelter rated her as good with dogs, cats, and people.

What are some suggestions for introducing her to our menangerie?

welcome!!! If you haven't picked him up already I have a tip on introducing them...

Take them for a walk so they get aqauinted with each other, get tired out, and you have some control. A lot of times the problems start is when the dogs meet head on eye to eye. If you walk them, they get to be next to each other, can smell each other, but not have the right on eye contact
