I set 25 eggs on Feb 10th. 14 are fertile and growing. Hatching should take place between March 1 -5 as I have 2 incubators going....

This egg is growing, you can see the baby chick starting to form and the veins.

I used a led flashlight. On day 7 of incubation you candle to toss out the eggs not growing. My cell was only able to get one clear pic.

If all 14 hatch , the female silkie mixes go to a friend of mine. If the bredas hatch all females stay here. Any roosters go to a woman who takes all my roosters. If any breda hatched are roosters those will be sold ,not given away as they are rare and worth $50 each as babies.

Between 430 am yesterday and 430 am.today 10 chicks hatched. 4 more eggs to go and they should hopefully hatch by Monday as I set them Feb 15th.

2 have splayed legs, so they can't walk, I made splints and am waiting for a 2nd set of hands to help me put the splints on them so they can walk ,if they can't walk they can't eat or drink and will die
