well this is my 4th apbt. Moose has a hard time with not peeing when he gets excited. he was just nuetered last week, i have never had one who liked to pee so much. i feel bad punishing him, he knows he did wrong but is there anything i can do to curb this sick habit and my once white carpet?

maybe try not petting him or saying anything or looking at him until he calms down.
That works wonders. I've heard it's good to not pet your dogs when you come home. Give them time to calm down, they love you and missed you, they're so excited they cannot control themselves! Give them time to relax before you give them smooches.

That method also works for anxiety!

Yes it does work!!!!! Legend went through a couple of months of Seperation Anxiety but no longer suffers from it anymore!

thanks for all your input, he's doing a little bit better, as long as everyone pitches in to ignoring him also.
