My brother in laws wife got him an English bulldog puppy last year. Since we have had him he has had medical issues arise quite a bit. We ended up taking him completely off dry food and now cook and prep his meals and that seemed to do the trick until this year in March all of a sudden he started losing fur in spots and in those spots it looked like bumpy sores where underneath the hair folical. I seemed to get that a bit under control with coconut oil , but underneath his body close to his groin area is sooo bad, he found a way to scratch it by putting his paw all the way close to his skin in a sitting position. He is also getting like skin raised balls underneath his belly , I dont no if there due to him scratching so much or if they are tummors... We have tried antibiotics, antifungals nothing is working.

I feel so bad for your pup. That looks like it hurts a lot. First have you taken him to the vets for their opinion.
That helps to rule out some of the things we may have come in contact with. Benedryl should help with some
of the itching. I would check with your vet for the dosage. Seeing where the rash is located, it could be chemicals
in carpet or allergies to grass/dirt. Normally food allergies would create issues throughout his skin. Again, it would
be easier to know what the vet told you. Wishing him well.
