Help please. Why is my avatar so small? Its at the max size at nearly 24Kb. Everyone elses look much bigger than mine.

In my photoshop program there is a selection called "save for web." When you do that, you can have the image at maximum size (height and width), however, you lower the quality which reduces the overall size. Hope that makes sense. Check in your image editing program.
