Here is Roxy shying away from the balloon I'm holding.

After leaving the balloon laying around for a few days she has got better.....

Now she will play with them, I'll get a photo later. She is not 100% ok with balllooons but she is better and she is ok when Jamie walks about with a balloon

Funny that she is afraid of a balloon. Some dogs are scared and some like my Moose will pop it right away.

Glad she's making progress. She just had a scare, that's all - she'll continue to get better about it, especially with you working on it gradually. A couple of years ago, my house was struck by lightening - came in through the phone line and fried everything attached to it. Sophie and I were walking past the TV at the time, and the TiVo and VCR made the most incredible pop you ever heard - left my ears ringing, and left Sophie terrified of storms for a long time. But with time and patience, she got used to it and her fear subsided. Have faith - Roxy'll be just fine.
