Banner as a new section?

I know we already have a sticky thread about banners, but I also know alot of those requests get lost because the thread is 18 pages. My thought was if we had a seperate section for banners then we could also have people post particular questions about them? Or people could post their new ways of making such? I would REALLY like to begin making my own banners, I have photoshop etc, but I really dont know how to go about setting them up. Just a thought. :)

I thought about doing that, but I didn't want to offend any banner makers. Since most of the work is posted there. :D

I wouldn't mind. All of the banners I've made are saved on my hard drive anyway. :)
