I had someone do it but she is no longer on the forum. I do believe Bella, Remy and Norris's (please note Norris is included) mom does them.
I also want to tell you the baby picture of your dog is SOOOO cute.

I can't change the background for that banner since the wallpaper is that color. I could try and fine a different background and remake one for you. But I can't promise it will be the same.

Aw thank you! There really isn't too much to making them once you figure out the program you have bought. Lord knows it took me forever to figure mine out. I finally took a online class.
