In my attempt to prevent Bella from continuing to suffer from Muddy Paw Syndrome (also known as Illinois in January Sucks Syndrome), I bought her some booties today. It takes me about 10 minutes to get all of them on because she just wants to chew on them. I'm hoping she'll get used to them soon! (The high stepping as she gets used to them is pretty hilarious, though.)

Bella says, "I really, really hate you. Srsly."

So do you put them on when you put her outside and then take them off before letting her back in or the other way around? By the way sweet pictures of her! She doesn't look very happy with you in the last one!

I want to be able to put them on her before she goes outside and take them off when she gets back in. It's much easier to wash booties than it is to wash her paws! I usually just take her to the bathroom and throw her in the bathtub, but she's getting a little heavy for that. Her paws are usually pretty caked in mud when she comes in, so paper towels and baby wipes don't do the job well enough!

Sounds like a great idea but I am sure Faith would chew them off in a matter of minutes! How much are they if you don't mind me asking.

Good idea! She just really hates having things on her paws. She had horrible infections a few months ago on all of her paws for which she had to have surgery, and ever since then, she hates having her paws messed with.
