When my mom was married to her ex - they bred and raised Huskys. She told me they would get the Fly spray for horses (not sure if it is concentrated or pre-mixed) and use it on their bellies and ears. It's not as messy as the creams and it lasts alot longer. You can get it at any farm supply store.
