Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advise.
I was away on vacation for the easter break and decided to leave my 6th month little guy with the breeder we purchased him from. He got in a bit of a scuffle with another bullie and got bitten. I picked him up yesterday and of course, was quite distraught to see this. The left side of his face is covered in a scab. He seems to be in pain when touched in the area, but is eating and sleeping well. Actually sleeping a lot. The breeder gave me a heavy anticeptic to place on it each day. Does anyone have any other recommendations that I can do to lessen the itchiness?
What do you recommned I do today before I take the little guy to the vet.

Thank you,
Shona

See the vet if the person boarding for u did not take him/her...itching is generally a good sign..it usally means its healing well..but who knows I have not seen the wound..

Did the breeder show you that the dog who bit your dog had all of his shots up to date?
I am glad that you are taking Brodie to the vet as a muscle or nerve could have been
bitten into causing the pain or tenderness. Let us know what the vet said. Good luck.
