Thom,

Thanks for posting pics of my boy and thank you to all for the wonderful compliments. He is a prettygood. What holds him back is me. His OB is subpar, his bitework is subpar but his enthusiasm to work is great. So that leaves me as the negative in the equation. We will definitely be at the HOD and will compete in HH with an outside chance of the PP Tourney but very slim at this time.

Here is another pic.

Here is pic of his brother, Hannibal. A much more sound dog and far more advanced. He is owned by Don Maxwell.

Hey there!

I LOVE Onyx. I joined over at True-Grit a while back, but there is an error every time I try to login, so I just read over there (have been for a couple of years).........That board is QUITE entertaining!

Welcome To this forum, hope to see you around more!

Hardest Hitting for sure. If we can put some solid OB on him then the PP tourney also. With some strong considerations of entering the Show Ring for the first time.

Hope you change your mind. Always looking to meet other bulldoggers.

Thom,

There should be room in my Suburban. The key is to figure how to transport 4 or 5 dogs.

Ha ha! That would be a challenge. How many dogs does Mike Mills have? I can't wait until it is warmer out and can spend more time outside with Loki. You'll have to come up this way sometime because we have a really cool park and woods right behind us.

Champ and Jas,

I have had no real problems at all. He initially had some skin issues but they went away befire he reached the age of one. There is a little bit of a dog aggression issue that needs to be monitored at all times.

Other than that. He is a great dog for me. Loveable to "dog people" and always leary of strangers in a strange setting. He has great natural protective instincts that make it easy for me to go into the PP arena.

My advice would be to purchase one. But with any dog. Just be cautious and ask the right questions. Please feel free to reach out to me if you ever need any insight about the dogs.

Jeff

P.S. Here are pics from the weekend!
