Just got the kids on the scale -- here's what we got.

Heaven -- almost 2 yrs old: 45 pounds. (She gained a little!)

Koa -- 1 1/2 yrs old: 64 pounds. (He's been dieting, but still looks a little chubby!)

Nala -- 8 mos: 34 pounds. (Put on 3 pounds in the last week since I started slowing down her food inhalation technique!)

Nope, Heaven is my tiny one. She's a "pocket pit."  j/k
Yeah I know, but compared to KOA, she looks like a chihuahua.

Rosco a very lean 100#

Smooch a lean 63#

Maddie a tad chunky at 82#.

Luvabull, I would have never guessed that Koa is only 64#. That is the same as Smooch and I find her a breeze to manage at that size. Then again, I am used to a 100# meathead, so I guess alot of dogs would seem easy in comparison!
Well I am only 5' 6" and 110 pounds, and a big weakling (lol) and Koa doesn't know his manners or his own strength! If I could teach that boy "off", we'd be good to go! I'm still saving my pennies for training, but they said it would take several weeks, and that's $75 per session!

Get some books read up on it and train him yourself. I think you can handle the basics.
I don't think I can teach an old dog new tricks, just not experienced enough! He knows the basics (most of them)...I just can't teach him to stop jumping on me. I lose my balance every time, and then he just thinks it's funny, and starts jumping more.. only with the teeth chomping too. He's not trying to hurt me, but he thinks it's all a big game. "haha, let's see how many jumps it takes to push mom down!" I'd rather have him get some intense one-on-one training by a professional. It's only $55/session if I take him to them. I'm going to do this sooner or later, probably after I get my tax return.

11 Pups almost 4 weeks:

Oh I always forget to ask about Miss Jetta. How is she enjoying the new pups? I bet she's getting pretty weary with rowdy puppies at her age. I hope she's feeling well.

Are you keeping "Chubs"?

LOL! I was like holy $hit that Jackie is one big f'in dog.
LMAO, unless you knew his name was really Jackie, no one else would have caught that. But I giggled to myself.

Ohhhh....I didn't realize that weigh in was posted in early Decemeber

How much does Heaven weigh now?
Heaven is 2 years old and done growing, so she still weighs the same! She may have gained a couple pounds though, she's more lazy in the winter. :D
