hello mods,

I am trying to raise money for me to transport my dog across the country. I have created a site at URL removed about it and am curious if this would be appropriate to post in one of the other forums. check it out and let me know

Thank you

If you're really trying to get him back and not scamming us, I feel for you. But, as a breeder, I've shipped dogs and it's NOT $1000 to ship one by airplane. It's like $300. I feel for you, man. But, I don't think this is an appropriate way to get money to ship an animal when there are all kinds of other problems out there. Work some extra hours or something and you could have had the money by now. By the way, can you add me to that website for "Save Mosley, Montana, and Messiah? I don't have enough money to build a fence in my back yard either. Help me out.

can you give a website or contact info for somebody that will ship for that cheap?
i have looked online and filled in online quote forms and everything was AT LEAST $850 to go from California to South Carolina

if it was closer to 300 or even 500 that would help a lot.

My most recent litter, I used Delta Airlines and it was $170 to ship from Norfolk, VA to both Nashville, TN and San Antonio, TX. Granted, a full grown dog will be somewhat more, and gas is mor expensive now, but shouldn't be near $1000. Do a search on Delta Pet First.

Are they even still allowing animals to fly due to the heat??? Even ground transportation is cheaper than $850.00...
Some airlines have temp. controlled freight compartments and even if not, line it up, and they'll ship as long as the departure and arrival locations are between certain temperatures.
