Hey everyone.

My name is Travis and I am a Canadian working as a rugby professor at a private school down in Chile. I have owned a Scottish Terrier and am waiting until my summer so I have the time to properly train a Staffy Bull. I went to Australia to play rugby and the best part of my season was the Staffy Bull that lived down the street. I have since changed location but a Staffy is the only dog for me. There are not many breeders in Chile but in Buenos Aires, Argentina there seems to be a couple good breeders. I am sure the moderators or someone on here can tell me if they are reputable.

Hope that you guys can share and learn with me as I go through my many adventures with my new Staffy... once I get him.

The best people to ask are the ones int he working dog section. Most of them are the professional (working dog) owners, most of us Mod are pet owners. Not saying that the others Mods do not know dogs but the lines etc. is best suited for the workers,IMO.

I am from Saskatoon, but from 2001 - 2005 I lived in Victoria playing rugby there. Since August 05 I have been down hear. I also am a THP and play in the Chilean National Competition for the schools Old Boys team(though I am only 24 lol).

Anyway, I bought my Staffy. I went and saw him in Santiago on Saturday and both of the parents are terrific. I am not taking him till the 7th of November because I have to go to the south of the country this weekend and then to Mendoza Argentina the weekend after. I am really excited.

The job is great, like most teachers in the world I won't get rich doing it, but a really fufilling job.

You can see the parents and puppy at www.stafford.cl it is of the cross of Mao and Famous and is puppy number 1
