yup thats a must!
Something I've been using for treats that the dogs just LOVE is those rolls of Natural Balance food cut into small pieces. Have you seen these, Snarky?

Bella, Does the roll of natural balance cause gas??? I think some of the treats Zack eats may cause some of the gas. But with training, the treats work great!!! We are the ones to suffer later. (talk about clear a room)

Snarky = what about fish oil or flax seed oil. I had heard they were good for the shedding?????
Everything gives Bella gas...haha!
I started feeding Royal Canin's Bulldog formula to my EB...what a difference. His exterior stink and bad breath subsided, he is gassy almost never, tear stains have lightened...it's real good stuff. I supplement with fish oil for shiny coat and to control shedding, and also give him a glucosamine, chondroiton, MSM supplement as well as Ester-C...all for healthy joints and bones.
toys and treats are a given!!! i should invest in puppy toys!!

Carrie, thanks for the info.... i started her on Royal Cannin just last month.... gas is a little lighter thank goodness!

you use them as treats? that means it will be refrigerated at times, i'll have to write BAYLEE on it so one of the kids won't eat it!!!
