I love CC's vet, He got her in today! thank god. she has a small ear infection, a mild skin infection and a staff infection!!!! She got her 3 yr rabis shot and her distemper shot, heart gard meds,antibiotics,ear sauve,cortason(sp) and one month of advantics, all for $170 dollars! gotta love that! poor girl, no wonder she didn't feel good.she has to be on antibiotics for 14 days after everything clears up!

He is such a nice man and CC loves him, she didn't even need muzzeled when he messed with her ear, it was making her whine last night, this from a dog that yelped thee times totle when she got hit from a truck!
He has a tiny office just him and one asst. her rabis shotwas the tree yr one too. If I took her to the emv it would have costed 3x that much! I just hope she wont have to stay on cortazone for too long, I don't like the side effects, my grandmothers dog had to be on it for her hole life,and she died at 6 from liver and kidney failure.

Hmmm....I wish I could find an affordable vet.....they always charge me an arm and a leg for the smallest things!

How did you all find an affordable vet? It has not been easy for me....

luck My last vet almost poisened CC so I had to look for another, and I was riding to a friends house and I saw his sign and I called and left a message, he called back and talked to me for 20 min about my dog! I went in and found out when I went in he was the vet for us.

That's good to hear! I'm glad to hear there's actually some good vets still out there, not ones looking at dogs with $$$ in mind.
