A few things to consider...

Is it only after you give her a bath or is it all the time? Are the shampoos you are using natural and detergent free? I use one by Cloud Star called Buddy Wash - both the shampoo and the conditioner - which I love. If I had hair, I'd use it on myself :p.

What food are you giving her? Some dogs have allergic reactions to things like wheat flour. You might consider switching her to DVP Duck & Potato for a few weeks and see what happens. This is DVPs hypo-allergenic formula. One of Jen's friends had an EB with all kinds of skin issues. I recommended they try this food and it made a huge difference.

How old is she? Mange is a possibility.
