It is true, and it does do what it does, and it is only worth it if you really think it's necessary.. otherwise. it is so.. not.. worth it..

jus playin,
the only thing I know that peanut butter and eggs have in common is their ability to remove gum from hair...

Are you talking about the protein in each? They both have a high protein content maybe helping to shine up a coat? What do they do?

Thanks Dakota for giving us the opportunity to discuss the ups
and downs of peanut butter. I tried giving Clara peanut butter as a
treat when I first got her and she became violently sick. I later read
that alot of bulldogs cannot eat peanut butter. Who was to know?
My other three dogs eat it just fine.

Shawn - I give pills to my dogs in a spoon of yogurt. Down they slide.
:D

edited to include eggs:

Looked it up and it is alright to give your dog eggs cooked or raw a couple
of times a week. Good for their coat, skin and nutrition.
They're ya go - the scoop on peanut butter and eggs.

I'm giving Kaia satin balls to put weight on her, so I put her pill in there. Works like a charm! I've never had any trouble with Sophie and peanut butter - she loves it. When I was worming the munchkin, I sprinkled the powder in yogurt and she lapped it right up. :D
