Okay its not perfect but I attempted to make my first animated banner. Still lots to learn but I did one!!!! Thank you Tasha for the websites!!!!

Well it wasn't as easy as it will be for you to do. I don't have photoshop so Tasha's tuturial she did, did not help me. But I went to the links she provided for me and I found one that helped me make the flag one I posted on her other post and gave me the general idea. Now that I know a little bit about it, maybe I can get better little by little.
