Hello my name is Kelly. I'm the proud new owner of an American Bulldog. Her name is Harley and she is about 7 months old. She weighs 65 lbs. A friend of mine purchased her over the summer and I fell in love wih her then. He called this past Monday and said he couldn't keep her and wanted to know if I would. Of course I said yes! What a lovely xmas present! Her name is Harley. She was so nervous when we got her but now she seems to be doing really really well.

Welcome to the board, Kelly. May I ask where you friend purchased Harley? I ask because she doesn't look like an AB to me.

Well I called him and he wasn't there, His ex girlfriend told me she thought he purchased her in Mexico, New York. She said he does have the papers on her but she didn't have them herself. So if anyone knows of a breeder up that way I myself am curious to check things out. Either way whatever she is shes a great dog.

gorgeous dog, but in my humble opinion doesnt resemble an AB. Looks maybe APBT/mastiff cross or somethin...just a wild guess though.

I agree, not seeing the straight AB. But, definitely a good lookin' dog nonetheless. She looks like she has AST or APBT in her. Keep us updated, I'd like to know.
