Hello new English bulldog mom

So I'm a new English bulldog mom and this is something I held off on for a long time. I did research and finally after about half my life of wanting an English bulldog I finally pulled the trigger and got two. They were great for the first few months and then one of my guys started having issue with his feet. So I've took him to the vet and they said he had an infection and put him on medication. It cleared up and he was doing great but now it's coming back. I'm at a loss as to what could be causing this. I'm cleaning their feet at least once a day and making sure their area is clean and sanitized. I talked to the vet about allergies because I know this is a common issue with bulldogs and she had me start him on Zyrtec. He got his first pill today. Any advice or knowledge would be super helpful. Also they only effects his two front paws.

Congratulations on your new puppies. I am so sorry that one of them is having foot issues. So many reasons for this. Allergies to grass, hot sidewalks, chemicals that could be on your carpet, ant bites, etc.
The only thing you can do is to totally check out his walking environment to see if any of these could be a possibility. Do continue washing his paws every time he has gone outside to remove any residue. As for it being just the front feet, keep your eye on him to see if he is licking his feet all the time. This will cause an infection, also.
