hi there can anyone suggest some thing i can put on bryn to make his odour better since hes had demedox mange his odour as been bad hes over that now :lol:
but hes odour is still pretty bad :wink:
evertwhere he lies you can smell him hes bed is washed daily ive tried the cider vinegar but that didnt help i know he as not got any infection as his skin is completly healed he as no sores on him at all :lol:
its just the mustly odour that comes off him please can anyone give me any suggestions if i can put something on him to get rid of this

My Shiz Tu has the same problem. He is a stinky little thing!! You can bathe him and an hour later he is starting to smell!! I have tried almost everything, expensive shampoos, colognes, powders, sprays etc. Don't laugh, but the only thing that I have found to help is FDS Feminine Deodorant Spray (extra strength of course). I was trying every thing I could think of and it has worked better than anything else I have tried. Oh yea, and it is hypo-allergenic.

In one of the posts someone told us that part of the problem with mange is that
the body takes on a yeast infection. I think this is what is giving off the odor.
To help counter act this, try feeding Bryn some cultured yogurt everyday to
off set this and get his system back into balance.

One summer when my house for some reason got overloaded with fleas -thank god thats over- we were bathing the dogs in Adams flea and tick shampoo, as well as spraying them once a week. Adams isn't made for smell, but we did notice he didn't stink as he usually does. For the price Adams cost, im glad it played 2 parts, critter killer/prevention and odor remover .
