Hey and welcome!!!!
Before deciding if you want to have puppies, I would take a look in the breeding section and read up on some things. Breeding is a very important area to research extensivly before you partake in it. Especially with EB's because they have so many health problems and cannot breed or give birth naturally. Since you kept your doggy as a pet, I would keep him as that and let him be and not breed him. There are so many doggys out there in the shelters that need homes, that only the best of the best dogs should be breed. Those dogs should be health tested, temperment tested and have proven themselves in shows and other competitions.
If you are dead set on breeding him.... I would try to find out the name of the breeder you bought him from because she will know if he is worthy of breeding and can place him back in her breeding program.
No reputable registery will register your boy without knowing who the parents are and having their papers
