we haven't done alot of springpole stuff yet , just kinda playin around. we have been doing some (very nice) drag weighting for the last month tho. hopefully by the spring we will be ready for our idt5 (if i can get my arse in gear)
edit: i wud LOVE to get some video, specially at training, but i have no camera and wud NEVER figure out how to post it
