I have already started the sit..down and up. Anubis has mastered those but what age should I start the stay and other obed?? she has trouble with not listening when there are other dogs around...how do I get her to pay attention to me and not what is going on around her?

you can start whenever your pup is ready, only start to train him about 3-5 min at a time. I would teach him to look at you, say look at me and when the pup looks treat him, this command will make it alot easier later on. Leave it is another great command to teach.

start with watch.

place a treat in your thumb and pointer finger and tell the pup to watch when it does give the treat soon it will be able to watch longer.

and then do sit, but hold the treat and with your dog watching move the treat behind its head and he will want to sit. <<<it works.
