What about alcohol? Would that work it would diffiantly dry it up....I put neosporin on Tora's cuts that is what the Vet recommends

When I took Scarlet to the emergancy vet they told me that you dont want to use neosporine on dogs. Most dogs lick the area you place it on and whatever is in it that kills bacteria....aslo kills the essential bacteria in their stomach. I dont know how to fact that is but it I have never used it since then.
