At one day old:

At 3 weeks (took these just today please excuse my hubbys crispy hands :lol: ):

We were going to take the red and white female - but once I held that little chocolate girl and she sighed and promptly fell asleep, I knew she was ours. She comes home in early October!

Nope, she's a Renascence Bulldogge.

The name “Renascence” (not to be confused with the word “Renaissance”) means “rebirth”. The name is fitting because we believe our Renascence Bulldogges are an attempt at creating a rebirth of the healthier, very Athletic and physically functional bulldogge from about the 1820's-1900's. The RBKC was started by Jody Willingham and Chadde JoliCeour because of the frustration at the total lack of uniformity and consistency between the modern alternative bulldogge recreations currently being produced and labeled under the “catch all” name of Olde English Bulldogge. Dogs being labeled under this catch all term can range from the original Leavitt OEB’s, to that of a large longer muzzled mastiff type dog, to that of bigger version of the modern EB, to combinations of everything in between. The RBKC is a group of dedicated breeders with established bloodlines, who’s breeding program’s were all aimed at producing the same style of Bulldogge, to be the core breeding foundation of the RB breed. They also devised a standard and a registry to help promote, maintain and improve the athletic functional bulldogges they were creating between them.

The kennel she is from is called "Champion Bulldogs" thats where the "champion" comes in. As per the contract, she has to be registered as "Champion's (insert name here)" Because she was bred at Champion Kennels.

October is REALLY far away! We wont be able to actually see her in person again until we pick her up. They are about 4 hours one way from us - and today's drive up there to see her just about whipped us :lol: (We took turns driving while the other slept! Damn these pain meds! :lol: ) But I will be asking her breeder for pics every now and then :wink: Can't wait to get some good pics of her to make a new banner with! I miss my Tinker girl, but it's time to move on

Thanks Mom2! We are healing well, and feeling so much better. Little conserned about some swelling in my ankle and foot on the toasted leg - but we go see the doc this week - so I'm trying to keep it elevated as much as possible until then.

Im so excited! Not that Im particularly fond of winter - but October needs to come... now... :lol:
