Congrats on adopting a puppy!! At seven weeks old, you should be feeding her three times a day (two times at the very least). Follow the guidelines on the bag (or can) of food you are feeding her and adjust from there based on her metabolism and energy level. Definitely check out some better foods than Pedigree, though. There are several threads in this forum about good foods.

Regarding the housebreaking thing: Of course she's going to pee all over your house! She's just a baby who can't help herself yet! There are lots of great threads on here about housebreaking. Check out the search function at the top of the page.

Don't do any strenuous activities with her right now; her developing skeletal and muscular system can't handle it, and you could end up doing more harm than good. Just play easy games with her like shaking around a stuffed toy for her to chase. When she's about 12-18 months old, you can start exercising her more rigorously.
