I know a mini-Dachsie who runs on a treadmill! It's pretty cute!

Is that a special one for dogs? Or did you make the panels yourself?

We do have one...I could try Celeste on it...

I love Orson...and even moreso when he's looking so darn happy! Glad the treadmill is working well...since I now have 3 dogs, a 10 minute play session with each other (usually in 2s) is all they need and they're ready for a loooong nap!

I have been debating, but would like to let Sheila try one first. Would hate to spend the money and then just have it as another piece of furniture.

Orson is a cutie pie! Lookin good on the treadmill too!

I might have to invest in one of those treadmills for dogs. I usually get Legend to walk on a regular treadmill(Slowly) but then I don't the excercise I normally get when I walk him so maybe we both could run on treadmills. He has his and I have mine!

Thanks everyone for your nice comments!!!

yeah, just a walking harness you get at petsmart, etc.

Thank you! :D and it is the kind that move by his body weight. The incline makes him fall back so he has to walk in order not to slide off.
Didnt think he'd take to it so easily. He was walking on it as soon as i put it
together (which was a breeze).

I was afraid of that too, but I had to try it anyways.
He loves all the other bully activities (springpole, flirtpole, etc), so i thought it would be odd for him not to like this.

I still take him on daily walks (i try) so i can get a walk too, but
he needs more than that to wear him out...so this is supplemental exercise. :D

I'm really intrigued by your treadmill!

Do you have a link for the manufacturer?

How long will he stay on there?
Just 10 minutes at a run and 15 if he just walks.
When he gets off, he acts like he's been running for an hour.
Do it about twice a day.
The treadmill experts say a 10-15 minutes on it equals to an hour
regular walk  Sounds good to me!!
