Here's some better shots of Q from our journey last month. He's grown a lot since then (he was roughly 11 weeks old at the time). These shots were taken in Toronto on my way south down to Chatham, I had stopped over to visit a friend and his boxer (Eso).

I'll be posting newer photos of Q and the other dogs this week too, need to get a new cable for my camera first so I can capture the pics.

Q, Eso and me:

thnx :) He is quite something :love10:
can't wait to see him grow

they can get to be 30-40 pnds, similar to some bull-terriers, but with round heads. Here is a photo of an adult OBB that gives you a good idea of their size when fully grown.

They are still small to medium sized, but not quite a lap dog like a boston terrier would be.

You've just settled a debate between my fiance and I!! There is a dog down the street that is bigger than a Boston Terrier, but has the same markings and ears as your guy. I told him it wasn't a Boston terrier, that it was too big, but he didn't believe me. Guess I'll have to show him your pics

Very cute pup!!

Q is adorable! I love the grown up one in the last pic too! About a year ago, I went to the local shelter to get my dog's license and there was this amazing looking dog there. He was bigger than a boston and he was a liver color with white markings. His eyes were green and he was gorgeous. They marked down that he was a boston terrier but even at the time, I had a feeling he was something diferent. He was an owner surrendor, they said he was too much for them to handle. I would have taken him home in a heartbeat, I wish I had a pic. He was adopted out really quickly, I think he was a boston bulldog. :dontknow:

yeah he must have been an OBB because BT's don't come in that color, they used to back in the day. Boston Bulldogs stretch back to the 1935 standard of the Boston Terrier, which was much different than today.

It makes sense that these dogs can be too much for some people hehe. They have a lot of energy and are pretty fiesty. They can make great family pets though imo, since their size is more agreeable with children.
