Rick - you need to ask yourself alot of questions before you get another dog even if it is a female. Everything will now be times two. Twice the work, twice the care, twice the vets, twice the food and twice the training and all this with your two little girls who will be needing all of the above too except you trade out the vet for the pediatrician. The other thing to know, is that just because you get a female does not guarantee that they will get along, then you will have another set of problems to contend with. I would also be very careful with your two little girls being together with the two dogs until they are trained. If the dogs do decide to fight and the little girls get mixed up in it, this could be a terrible tragedy. Please think about these things first before bringing in another dog.
