Mystery Dog found. I think she is a bull mastiff/mix or a PB....She is 8 weeks (vet thinks) and weighs 25 pounds. Any ideas?

She's very pretty....congrats on your find! Hard to tell at this age what she could be. I'm with you on the Mastiff mix maybe.

8 weeks + 25 pnds, he must be older - unless he were a full mastiff, definately not a cross if he's that young and weighs that much. age must be wrong I think.

He looks like a bullmastiff-apbt cross though. Hard to say.

She looks very wrinkly, any more pictures? Preferably standing, or at least to where you can see her body. If your vet is guessing she's around 8 weeks, and weighs 25 lbs already, thats a big puppy. It's impossible to say what she truly is, but of course always interesting to hear what others guess. How does someone lose a puppy that young anyway, back yard breeders are idiots. She's a doll, are you keeping her?

She is so cute!!! Is she missing an ear or is it just folded back (I hope)? Those paws are massive.

Yes we are keeping her. Her name is Molly Moose and proudly sleeps in the bed with me or my 10 year old daughter. When I found her, her teeth were not all the way through her gums. That was 11/3/06.....I have had big dog in the past and she is very large. Her paws are the size of my palms. I put up signs, pictures at the vet, posted a 'found a dog website' no takers. Maybe she was a cheap mastiff because of the white on her nose and some a** just dumped her. I will get more pictures tomorrow. We love her.......She really is that big.....Maybe a mastiif / great dane mix :lol:

GREAT LOOKING PUP! I think it's a Neopolitan Mastiff cross Great Dane, due to her looks and weight. There is a family who lives down the street from us, and they got a dog from the shelter, who looks exactly the same! They were told it was half Neo, and from it's height, I can definitely say it's the same mix! Neopolitan Mastiff/Great Dane. It will be a beauty! And fantastic dog!

From the size of those paws, she's definately going to be a monster!

This is just my opinion, but she looks like she could be a Cane Corso or Presa Canario mix, with maybe dane??

I took these last night....she is 10 weeks, not 8 (time flys) and she weighs in at 25 pounds. I dont think she will be a giant. The census is that she is a Mastiff/pb mix maybe?
