i have an english bulldog about 2 yrs old she is a great dog. she gets nasty with my girlfriend when she and the dog are alone. she starts barking and trys to bite her although she never does. anytime she trys to disclipine her she gets nastier. she has gotten nasty once or twice with me and when she does i will hold her down or roll her over on her back and make her stay there for a little. when my girlfriend trys this it only makes the dog madder is there anything we can do to break her of this

does your GF live with you fulltime?
Your dog does not see your GF as being anyone important..so she retaliates when told to do things.
Have your GF start to care for the dog as much as possible..controling all the "good things"..food ect.
Start a NILF program with her.

give her to me. LOL.

I'll take her. Sounds awesome.

Seriously though, in your case, it is a problem of YOU not being the alpha and/or not being consistent.

If you cannot see the problem, then I would see a trainer who can observe YOU in action. I don't think the dog is the problem here.
