Ok as you can see i was able to add a pic but its not what i really wanted. i would like to show the whole body with a back groung like you all do. but i dont know where to find a avatar. please help...... thanx

Are you talking about the pictures below the posts? Those are banners. If you'd like one made, you can submit a request in the General section. There is a sticky titled, "All things Banner". Otherwise, your avatar works.
